FAQ

Troubleshooting

1Channel not working
The issue could be a bad connection at the tube socket. The contacts in the tube socket holes will need to be moved closer together to make contact with the tube pins.

Other issues that can cause the channel to be out are:

• Bad contact with speaker terminals
• Bad channel from the source

INTERNALLY
• Bad headphone relay
• Bad RCA jack or connection with jack
2Popping, crackling, or static in channel
The issue could be a bad connection at the tube socket. The contacts in the tube socket holes will need to be moved closer together to make contact with the tube pins.
